When I’m struggling with my mental health, I do my best to take note of and appreciate the small happy moments. Inspired by Kirsty and her “10 Little Things” series on her blog, I decided to share some of these moments with you.
MEETING A LEONBERGER
If you know me, you’ll know I love dogs. Today, I got to meet a magnificent doggo named Cookies. I couldn’t believe how big and cuddly he was! He spends his life sitting outside his home in Footdee, displaying his beauty on a comfy bed for everyone to see. Sounds like a pretty good life to me!
STAYING AT TAMARA’S
George Ezra’s new album has got me through the last week of studying. It’s such a feel good album, and I love every single song. It’s been on repeat since I downloaded it, and I can’t see myself getting bored of it anytime soon. If you’ve not already heard it then you need to change that.
I headed up to Aberdeen yesterday for the Brewdog AGM, and I loved it. There was a great selection of beers, food and music. You really can’t go wrong with Twin Atlantic live, a halloumi pizza and a nice pint of beer, can you? As much as I enjoyed this year’s AGM, I am definitely not enjoying today’s hangover… (The hangover may or may not be to blame for how late this post is going up!)
STICKING TO A SCHEDULE
One of my goals for 2018 was to post more regularly on my blog. So far, I’ve managed to post at least once a week and I’m pretty proud of that. Once a week may not seem like much, but I put a lot of time and effort into every single post.
Easter was a week ago now, but I’m still drowning in Easter Egg chocolate and I’m definitely not complaining about it. I may or may not have went to Asda to take advantage of the half price sale after Easter, so I don’t think I’ll be running out anytime soon.
